We have refined urban residential developments to present a distinctive array of apartments that respond well to the surrounding environment. The idea was to create a residential perimeter that lays emphasis on one centralized green space with the building blocks surrounding it. The design is customized to create a more usable landscape, so that the land does not transpire to be underutilized. The buildings are arranged on linear strips of land oriented in order to reduce the solar heat gain, and are separated by large green spaces that have been employed with social activities such as Yoga Gardens, Swimming Pool, Tot Lots, Play Areas, etc
